Email Notifications

Based on manufacturers recommendations emails are constructed and sent to users informing them that action is required. This means nothing is forgotten. Notifications can be used as simple reminders for servicing parts or compiled together for a complete vessel management system. Our Notifications integrate with relevant documentation and service records, providing a total planned maintenance package and history for the vessel.

The system is configured with both a primary and secondary email address. If primary emails are not acknowledged/received then a further email is sent to the secondary email address as a fall back ensuring tasks are always communicated.
